О, сколько отчаянных воплей паникёров от риал эстэйта я слышал в 2000, 2008 годах… Вы вероятно тоже… И резервов для роста рынка недвижимости в Торонто (GTA) нет… И только они и понимают, что всё сейчас конкретно грохнется и уууу… :-), и мало никому не покажется… Вообщем страшно.

Short-Term (Airbnb) Rentals – Have Your Say!
The City of Toronto is inviting residents to have their say about proposed rules for short-term rentals (such as Airbnb) via an online survey. The survey will be available online until August 18, 2017. On June 19, 2017, City of Toronto Executive Committee directed Municipal Licensing & Standards (ML&S) and City Planning to consult the public on proposed zoning bylaw amendments and licensing and registration frame work.
